''I came across Ryan at a difficult and stressful time in my life. I found his ability to put me at ease and empathise with my situation remarkable. He is a great listener, takes a pride in his work and is very professional. I found a great support in him being my mediator. He even accommodated my busy work schedule and only contacted me at times which were convenient. When it came to the day of mediation, I felt understood, confident and as if the outcome would be positive. Without Ryan's help in preparing me for the mediation, I don't feel the outcome would have been as positive as it was. When you know you have been treated unfairly, it is easy to get emotional, however Ryan's calm demeanour positively influenced the atmosphere during the mediation. I am a totally blind client of Ryan's and it was so refreshing and comforting to not have to explain to him why something was difficult or impossible for me to do, as he too is visually impaired, so had an in-depth understanding and empathy of the details of the case.

I would highly recommend Ryan for mediation, as he bends over backwards to remain impartial, but get the best outcome.''

"Really brilliant session - what worked so well was how adaptable the session was and the way that the mentors interacted with the young people. The session could not have gone better, we saw our young people really grow in confidence."

"Working with Centre for Resolution has proven very valuable. While studying at City of Bristol College Ryan’s mentoring kept me motivated, focused and enthused. Without Ryan’s help, support and guidance I would have struggled to complete my course."

''It was great meeting Centre for Resolution today and their presentation was great. I found Ryan's story inspiring and now understand more about why the child needs to be involved in the decisions regarding finding the right way and tools for them to be able to learn and feel included at the same time.

It was also good to hear the experience Ryan went through with the different schools and help that was available to him. It is really encouraging to know that the children in schools with these conditions are getting good support.
I am pleased that Ryan in particular put attention on the fact that they may need additional emotional support as it can be really hard for me to understand their point of view.

Thank you Ryan for your speech.''

''Just a note to say thanks to Ryan for coming to talk to us yesterday. I found his speech very interesting and also useful. Ryan speaks well as he speaks from the heart and is very down to earth
(I think he can thank his mum for that?).
I think that his story is very inspirational but also gives us food for thought about how we prepare children for changes that will happen and how we need to give them more insight into their conditions and how to cope with everyday life.
Ryan's thoughts on TAs being Velcro-ed to children and doing too much for them echo the research I did for my MBA about how to more effectively use our TAs to support and empower children without doing it all for them. Ryan's drive to make a difference for people in challenging circumstances will have a big impact on helping schools and teachers develop our practice and improve children's life chances.

Thank you.''

''Ryan’s approachable, calm, positive and versatile personality alongside his ambition and passion for helping people and achieving his goals despite any barriers and challenges is very inspirational.

Any organisation that is fortunate enough to do business with him will not regret it. ''
